I know this is planning ahead, but late spring, we are planning a huge group cruise from North Toronto to Ottawa and back. It will be a two day cruise with and admission will be $20-$30 CDN, but will not be manditory. Paying admission will intitle you to 50% off at the hotel we will be staying at ($50+ value) and possibly free meals and discounted fuels, but we are still checking into this. The cruise will be an estimated 6+ hours each way exploring many windy country roads. All roads will be inspected prior to the cruise to ensure that there are no potholes or anything of that nature.
The idea of this posting is to get a feel for how many people would be interested in participating. The only catch is you would have to put a small SJIRadio.com sticker on either side of your car (Yes they are removable and non-marking). Most likely sometime in may, but not may 24. We will have a poll on our website closer to the time to decide the exact date.

How many cars are you expecting to come out?

Thats the reason for me planning so early. I need to find out exactly how many cars will come. I am hoping for 150-200, and already have 20 registered and I started advertising yesterday. On highways we will stay as one group, but through the country we will break into groups of 25 to insure that we don't get gridlocked We are looking in to bulk renting 2-way radios, but again, I am trying to keep costs to a minimum.
