Help me out guys...

Ok...due to family reasons i dont need to go into here, my parents are moving to london, as soon as they can, which means i need to find a place to live in a commutable distance to work. If ANYONE knows of shared/bachelor/affordable 1 bedroom appartments up to NO more than an hour from guelph PLEASE help me out. I dont care if they are perfect they just need to be reasonably priced (under 500 if possible) decent amount of space and PARKING. Please help me out guys anything could be helpful. PM me or email me. Burlington, oakville, cambridge, kitchener all possibilities i dont care where.
Thanks...
