Help figure this out. What do you call (Cousin's Husband's Related Family ...)

Okay what do you call this

My oldest aunt's daughter (cousin) got married on Saturday Evening, her husband/parent-in-law are related to my friend's parent but she/he are not cousin related to my cousin's husband.

Argh why I just call em cousin

they usually call them "courtesy cousin" as what cosmic said if ur asian/european

just cause i hate my cousin's wife's they are dumb as ****

everyone in my family hate the women my cousins marry they have no brains or common sense
