going to get my G and wondering where is the best place to get it i herd alota bad stories about john roads
i live in brampton anyone know where i could go that the test is easy adn i dont have to wait 6 months??

i did mine in oakville....my G2 and my G passed with flying colours..... personally, i've heard horror stories about that place... but, bah... i didn't think it was that bad.

yeah its a **** whole i failed my g2 twice there
and didnt even get a reason why
but now its time for my g adn im not going back there
you wouldn' t happin to have the # for the one in oakville would ya ?

i did mine in Oakville...winter time though...so nervous i hit the curb so many times on parallel but still passed....oakville is confusing though....weird streets

that's odd...i thought hitting the curb was an automatic fail!

It should be, but then again I passed mine in Lindsay even though I made a lane change without signalling. Instructor understood that I was out of town, and their lines are not clear.

G?????????? I can't even remember when I got mine!! Oh wait a minute it was.................to long ago!!

haha ok, i thought you were going to say the instructor cut you a break cuz you were from out of town. then i saw the "lines are not clear" part. that would be funny though, it's like "no we dont signal from where i come from" :wink:

it was snowing the day i did my test so i guess the instructer thought the ground was slippery causing me to hit the curb...minor things like that i dont think matters...for the G it's more of the safety concerns like signals and checking blind spots and merging traffic...who has passed their license with a done up car?...you think they would test you harder if you take a souped up car to a test?

I failed my G1 twice
and then ACED my G2
now to get my G

I went to oakville one for my g1 g2 and G. Passed first time for each one. I heard bad things about oakville but even worse from the brampton closed course one.

They now moved the one in oakville to the suburb area. Its not as hard as when it used to be around all those 1 way streets. Now that the location moved they have nice long roads that are less confusing and i found it easier to navigate.

i did my g in chatham it was the absolutely easiest test ever....there are like two streets....you parallel park in the middle of nowhere...and i booked mine and got to take it two days later....its a long drive but so worth it.:thumbup: :thumbup:

Ya furious...ur best bet is to go out into the boonies...always easy...my friend struggled to get his G2 and went to St. CAts for his G and got it easily
