depends where you going... for me to go from oakville to union on a student pass it was $94... getting the student pass is key though... its like triple without a student pass

to be honest you can check on the go transit website actually... it will always be cheaper to buy the monthly pass then paying daily though

Is it $94 with taxes included??

I need to start looking into this also...
I'll be going to Seridan in Oakville in Sept..

How long does it usually take from Union to Oakville??
And how often do the Trains leave once school starts??

union to oakville is about 25min, then u can either walk (30mina0 to the school or catch the bus that goes to the school...trains leave every 30min or so during rush hours and hourly during non rush hours

civic chick - trains leave the same time during the year whether or not schools on or not, GO is primarily to service business people not students, so you might also find that there are less trains heading out to oakville in the morning, and less trains heading back in the evening because it's the opposite of where most ppl are traveling during rush hour. The price does depend on which 'zones' you're going thru, and if you want prices go check the website out or go to your nearest station, but ya without the student pass it's insane, Cooksville to Union was 84 this year but without it was 130 or something like that...

On the site, it looks as if there are direct busses from union to sheridan college, $112.00 for a monthly pass but u need proof from your school that your a student, ryerson gives out these little transit cards for discounts, I dunno what the times are though.

Here's the farefinder, have fun.
