^ well yeah, I mean if you're told you gotta write 25 tickets and then can go home early then the majority of people would just say hell yeah I'll write 25 in 2 hours and then bounce..
the real thing is though if you go against senior officers or the force then you are shunned as a whistle blower.. most people don't want to put their neck out for that..

I laughed so hard when I heard about this. I'm pretty sure i've been a victom of this once or twice.
And when you ask them if there is a quota, of course, they say no.

yea i heard this on the radio in the caf at work i just started laughing and nobody else must have been lisaning cus i just looked stupid everybody went quiet hahah 
yea what a retarded plan work 2 hours a day thats good
i saw 2 cops racing 1 day they flew buy me going like 140 in an 80 so i grabed my camera and thaught i had it on video i only had the cam 2 days and no all i got was a blury pick
they flew buy me then got stopped at a red light they threw the lights on and then ran the light so i get stuck at the light 4 like 10 seckonds and then i sped off after them and guess what it was coffie time they pulled into the timmys up the streat
and again last week on the way 2 work i watch a cop make a left turn from a gass station were u cant make a left turn there is a center median so he drives up the wrong side of the road beside me then cuts me off 2 turn into the countrystile up the streat so i pulled up beside him and looked at him and waved my arms he just smiled and blew me off totaly ignored me until i called him a carupt pig then i got the clair of death i flipped him the bird and drove off my buddy in the car was frieking out he is a mumas boy
whats the cop going 2 do wen i have that on him and im prety shure the cam at the gass station would have got him anyways even iff he tried somethin
