I don't think so, you might get a buzz quicker with different drinks, but i don't think they give you a different buzz... it's all alcohol in the end right?

Will supplies be provided for this clinical test? Coz if so, I'm in!! Free alcohol!

btw, I think that different alcoholics do give different kinds of buzzes... when I drink beer or hard liquors, I feel good, but when I drink wine I always feel sick.

a large part of the different buzzes you have are attributed to the atmosphere and memories of personal experience. so if you had an awsome night at a club and you were drinking rye and coke, you will probably have a similar experience while haveing the same drink in a similar situation.

anyone ever try augua?? it has dirivatives of cocain in it, it F**U**s u up big time, it isnt any normal booz buz...Revs have tones of caffiene in them, hence a hyper buz, Rye makes most people routy and obnoxious, Beer is just beer, and wine is more of a heavy but relaxed feeling...and jagar tends to be very intoxacating...

just my opionion and tends to be the same with all my friends... but everyone is different and things effect different people differently...

it does seem to make a difference IMO, dented dx has a pretty good idea there.

Do you guys have red bull over there?

Its a caffine soda? really sickly but wakes you up a treat. The in drink is Vodka and red bull. Does you in quick but gets you hyper on the caffiene!

HArd liquor is for drunk little girls....it most definatly gives different buzzes...beer = tranqual smooth slow...feel full....
booze = burnign gut, sweating, read face, obnoctious (sp) wanna fight and be stupid..I think it's the sugar in the booze....either way beer is the best drink to have socially...relaxing it's nto jsut a shot so you can drink it casually...it tastes good and it isn't a faggy LUSH drink

if you guys want to feel an awesome buzz for dirt cheap goto the beer store and in the can area they sell this stuff called "faxe" its from holland... 10% beer... and for a 1 liter can its only $3.95.... one of those will make you feel good... 2 will put most over a toilet seat all night....

i drank 3 500ml cans of this stuff last night... i think i'm starting to become more immune to it though cause i dont even really get drunk off it anymore... regular beer now just tastes like water compared to that stuff though....

there also this lucky force 10... its a 40 oz for roughly $4 give or a a few cents...

Yes, different alcoholic bevs give different buzzes due to the fact of different attibutes in each bev, such as sugar content, starches, even the caffiene from the pop. And because each thing reacts differently to your body, you get a "different buzz" depending on what you are drinking. For example, if you were just doing shots(let's say B52s) all night, the sugar content is waaaay high, so you will get a sugar "buzz" as well as the alcohol effects.

Technically no... Alcohol is the same substance used in every alcoholic bevarage. Tish has a point about the different type of ingredients used. Sugar with alcohol (smirnoff ice) will get into your blood stream quicker than opposed to beer.

Drinking shots may get you in an alternate mood than opposed to beer because the alcohol content is so high compared to beer per ml. Too much alcohol in a short amount of time has been shown to make people more aggressive than opposed to a constant consistant flow; I.E Beer

Actually who gives a @#$% drink till you get hammered!
