CTV W5 - An undercover probe of Canadian garages
Just saw it on TV its pretty shameful
Once again, the APA did an undercover survey of mechanics in the GTA and Calgary and found that most places rob you blind:

^And that is partially why the only time my car sees the inside of a shop is for an e-test. The other reason is because I enjoy working on cars.
Seriously, this is why people should at least learn the basics about their vehicle and it's maintenance and not rely solely on a shop mechanic to tell them the condition of their vehicle.
