Hey guys me and a bunch of friedns are looking to go to buffalo for the weekend and were 18 are we aloud or are they gunna say we gotta turn back is there a age limit?

u just cant buy anything like smokes and booze...

they wont send you away just cause your 18...

i have been going over the border for years, since i was 17 by myself... as long as you have the proper papers and ID your fine

just be prepared to open up your trunk for them to search but just be cool and with proper ID for all in the car, it shouldn't be a prob getting across. i find coming back to canada a lot easier.

Yeah, the only thing that really happens with age is when you're crossing with younger kids. Me and my GF took her 15 year old cousin across once and they were asking who she was and if it was ok that we were taking her across, basically making sure we weren't kidnapping her.

hope you have passports... there is a law now that says all entrants into the US MUST have passports. no more citizenship cards (by your spelling, I assume you're a boater).

also, you're supposed to be 21.

however, neither of those is really strongly enforced.

First of all this is all you need a valid drivers license, birth certificate or passport. Never been hassled.

i went over in august with my gf... i had my passport, she didnt... no hassles

but, you are rquired now to have a passport... like Bruno said, its not enforced very well tho...
