Just curious if anyone here lives in a condo downtown and knows anything about parking prices for motorcycles?

I went to check out a few condos on harbourfront and was told a spot was 20k (ouch) which is more then my car!

Anyways I was considering getting a bike if they had spots for bikes that cost less or if they would let me put the bike in the extra storage room at night.

Does anyone know anything about this?
