as topic says, i have personal plates, but wrecked my car, can i sell these or no?

Yes they can...only personalized plates can be sold/transfered to another owner.

You cannot sell non personalized plates. Its sounds odd, because I thought it would be the other way. I know because my brother wanted to buy a board members regular plate, but wasn't allowed....he phoned the ministry.

mine is gonna say "need hed" j/k ... it would be great if you had "alcoholk" on your plate - 8 letters are allowed these days.

ya but think, with a personalized plate u will be limited to the activities u can do, ie. robbing a bank, it will be to easy for them to remember ur plates hehe i personally dun like customized plates, seen to many gay ones especially old people they some up with the dumbest **** ever
