I've noticed that every city (big or small) has one Chinese restaurant.

For example, in a redneck town in Alabama consisting primarly of hillbilly's, I can guarantee that there will be one Chinese restaurant.

Also, the owners of the restaurant will be the only people of Chinese-decent in that town.

It's a fact!

most urban centres have a china town around the world...just goes to show that the chinese community is well organized business wise and are strong in carrying on with their culture.

small towns chinese food....no way. i wouldnt go to one....if i can find one which is difficult.
