Just got one, first BB for me. Fantastic so far!

Lol its better than my gf's apple 3g. It has all the touch screen stuff and apps like hers, but also all the email and the slide out keyboard I love. I'm still figuring it out, never had a bb, so taking a while to get used to.

At least you're getting the bold 2.

. I'm waiting for my paycheck to come in...and I'm calling rogers! Another 3years of contract lockdown for me... meh.

I was playing with a preproduction Bold last wk. Im gonna wait till that's released, then upgrade my 9000 to that one =)

Ohhh I have the 9000 now... such a garbage phone, nothing but issues!! Rogers has replaced it 5 times now since January due to battery issues, dropping calls, freezing, etc. etc. etc. Rogers is finally sending me the 9700 free of charge

yay!

Don't scare me like that... I just got this one I hope it doesn't have issues like that! I'm with Bell though... I must say, the internet is amazing fast!

I'm sure the torch is fine... just the 9000 is a fail phone thats all

Just got mine today. And it is amazing, just like all the blackberry's I've owned in the past. Having both touchscreen and a proper keypad is so handy! It feels good and sturdy, and have nothing negative to say. Boot time is improved greatly! And coming from a 9700 screen, the 9800 screen is incredibly clear to see and read off. Its also has a good weight and overall feel to it! My best buy, so far! Thank you BlackBerry!
