Bank Interest Rates for Savings
 

so i was just wondering, what kind of rates do you guys get at your bank, please state the bank name and the % you get on your savings, appreciate any input

Scotiabank 0%.. lol (dont know what the % is, but its very little)

ING 3.5%

any idea as to how much u need to have for it to be 3.5%?
cuz i spoke to someone from Bank of Montreal today and they said their interest rate is 1% if you have under $60,000 and 2.5% if you have over 60,000 and then some next plans if u don't want to touch the money for 2yrs or so

what ever you want to put in it.. I only have like 40 bucks in my account.. lol..

plus its free, no stupid monthly fee's.

Most banks are offering 2.25%.
Prime has gone down, so interest rates on savings go down as well. (Anyone who has taken intermediate macroeconomics will understand this.)

I don't have a clue to mine and really don't care about it.

My ING is 3% now.

^^ just looked at mine and its 3% too.. when did that happen??
