I agree, if it had too much power, why would he just put it in his garage. If he were normal, hed sell it. Yeesh, world is filled with stupid idiots:thumbup:

who knows how the owner stored the car
for all i know the gas tank is probably eaten away and the motor probably had the oil in it too etc......
all the hoses and stuff and probably rotten and the radiator too

I agree, no miles can be a really bad thing. Cars need to be driven, not just parked for 16 years.

imported_JusBlaze 24-Oct-2004 10:21 PM

for all i know he probably rolled it back...

Cantonagod 25-Oct-2004 05:42 PM

To answer the question in the thread title, yes I do....for that car not a chance.
I would rather push a Chevy than drive a Toyota.

n1_taboo 26-Oct-2004 10:15 PM

this is what 25k gets you

DJ_Riddlin 27-Oct-2004 03:28 AM

id rather waste the money on a newer supra

Brisk20 27-Oct-2004 07:44 PM

might there not be some potential problems with a car sitting for that length of time?? Like you have do to certain things just in order to store your car for a winter let alone from 1987

imported_bluecivicguy 27-Oct-2004 07:53 PM

this guy should contact Toyota and see if they want to buy it if not bug them about warranty and try to get the new MR2 as trade....that's just as crazy as 35g
