So on a total whim , I applied to Toyota last year. I received a phone call on Tuesday inviting me to begin the second of 5 stages of the application process. This stage consists of a production simulation, 2 group discussions and an aptitude test.

I was wondering if anyone has participated in the application process or knows anyone who has.
