2 EG hatches racing on Yonge
Went for some Thai food tonight and was having a cig while waiting. Right at Yonge and Royal Orchard I saw 2 EG hatches, one white with SIR's and the other Amizon green racing. Raced at 2 stoplights. Not sure if they were club members but I was appauled at this. Take this **** to the track. There's a millon cops on Yonge, especially around there. There's a radar trap right there where the golf course is.
I was just stunned to see such blatant stupidity on the busiest street in the city. |
Young street....
So much sh*t happens there. Hey did you know that Young street is the longest street in the world? !!! |
Yeh Yonge street is not suitable for racing. Over the summer; I saw a civic go up against a bike. The bike was doing some crazy **** during a busy night on Yonge. People can risk their lives, but they should'nt risk other peoples lives!

I never understood street racing where there is the general public. hit the track imo

tracks are all closed
but yea thats a pretty dumb place to race take it to industrial areas or the boons! |
Get over it... I think it's been made pretty clear that TCC is an anti-street racing club - we don't tolerate it, period.

cops hide in the wierdest of places now-a-days.. I've seen them hide at bottom of hills (Eglinton & Leslie area)... not only on Eglinton.. but on Leslie.. you come around the bend going downhill.. so your speed increases.. if you don't put your brakes on.. you're gone! I've seen so many people pulled over as a result of these coppers. They've discovered some good ways of catching chronic speeders.
I'll admit it.. I usually go pretty fast through those areas cuz it's downhill and 3 lanes wide on Eglinton (past Leslie Westbound) but thankfully I came down Leslie that day. I'll never speed in that area again in my life :) I've never gotten a speeding ticket.. and I hope I never will. :) |
When the IBM lab was on Don mills and Eglinton I used to see those fookers ever other day.
They like to hide behind the bus shelter.. :D |
