1 800 Golf Tip

Is there anyone old enough that knows/remembers this?

It hasn't worked in years, I was wondering if anyone knew what the hell it was for.

I've looked on the internet and found nothing..

you would get a looped recording of some indian guy counting to 10

I remember that when I was in grade 9. I called it on numerous occasions hahahaha.

yeah man. i used to call it from pay phones and leave the phone off the hook.

not sure why, but it was funny at the time.

Lunch time at South Common Mall, I'd call that number from all 3 payphones and leave them off the hook.
