* PLS READ: Video Shoot @ Meet 03.26 *

Ok, here's the deal..

I'm in the process of producing a video for a big school project. My topic is based on the Toronto import scene (easy enough, eh? )..

I'd like to come down to the TCC meet this Wednesday and shoot some of the cars from your club and interview a few people and ask them questions about their cars.

I'm not looking for jargon-filled answers or technical explanations... Basically, I'm looking for people that want to express their love for cars and for the import scene.

Your club's help would be priceless if you guys can get me some awesome footage...

Soooo.. wax up your rides and get 'em ready to show off!

I'll be at the meet around 8:30 or 9'ish.. Look for the car in my sig..

Don't be afraid to approach me and ask for a spot in the video! The more, the merrier!!

Thanks guys...

Any questions just post up, I'll be checking the thread often..

Billy

.... wtf?

Aside from the fact that sentence makes NO sense at all...

Ahem..

Who said I was forcing people to participate?

It's a school project... AND I clearly state that any HELP is appreciated...

heh.. In other words, if you want to be involved, then be involved...It's not an overwhelming concept to grasp..

Confronting a bunch of people with done up cars isn't an easy thing... You end up running into haters and people who look for reasons to oppose. Example: You.

And while I'm at it..

I may not agree with the sig you had of you pimping fake money..

it not fake money.......

At least the Crappy Tire money he has in his sig holds it's value, when compared to another Canadian curency.

I can read what he said clearly......

Translation from "Alispeak".......

"some people might not agree with your project, and to you filming the different stuff they have"

Nice and clear.

i thought the value of ct money has the same value of canadian currency (cdn dollar) therefore when compared to other canadian currency it does equally bad as the dollar $1 CT money = $1 CDN Dollar at CT

Canadian tire money is not set on the world market, so your answer is flawed.
You can't compare the value like that.

If you want to do that....fine........$1 CT money was able to by "X" amount of stuff from the store back when it became available......

Canadian money at that same time would be able to buy "X' amount of stuff as well.

In the past, They would both be able to buy the same amount of stuff.

Now a days, CT money has held its value when compared to the way the Canadain dollar has fallen.

Heres another example......people that bought ten's of thousands of TTC tokens for the bus/subway, would make a killing if they kept the tokens until now, and then sold them.

Oh, and by the way.....you don't BUY CT money, it is given to you......therefore, it's even a better value than the Canadin dollar.

The last time I checked, no one is giving out REAL Canadian money for free.............my bad.....Casino Niagara sent me a $20 cupon that I can cash in to get $20 of REAL canadian money, and no, I don't have to spend tha cash in the casion either, I already called and asked.

Other than the casino, there is no one else.

Sorry, I couldn't resist, but that was my translation of Ali-Speak.

He's not that articulate, so my translation is closer.
