York Police ERASE Project - Do's and Do Not's for Mods - Very Interesting
Read an article in the CAA magazine on the ERASE projects so I figured I would look it up. Great guide on how to do legal mods, from exterior to interior and engine. Make sure you look at all 4 views.

I think that was a sticky at one time on the main page. I wonder if the page still contains data from 2005 though. Im sure some of the laws have chnaged since then.
