There you go.

I like the fact that people organize their car team really well.

You gotta be crazy and at the same time, hardcore enough to make everyone drive and like a same colour car.

i suppose they are a group of enthusiasts with similar tastes and dreams... so they form a team to win competitions (the more people they have, the more likely their team is going to win more spots in the races), and also they can have more different racers with different skills to compete in different events and compete against different opponents... that's what a true team does... you go on track and compete.. make a name for your team as well as yourself... it is atleast better than stupid street racing... you get more fame on the track, more girls, more money, and more hype... and no doubt, there are really good teams all around asia like thailand, hongkong, macao, taiwan, and OF COURSE JAPAN!!!

It is not that easy to form a team.

Financially, all team members need to have a steady source of income so you can modify and change parts as required.

All team members need to agree on things and have the heart to accept one another and potential new members. They need to have spare time to do things together, and more important, committment.

Take this Thailand team for example, the first thing you do is dish out money to paint your car. I don't think that's cheap unless one of the team member owns a garage or have access to one.

Basically, you need money, and you need time. It is a good thing to do things together, nontheless.
