Steeles between Bathurst and Yonge! Especially right in front of the Jaguar and BMW dealerships! It just gets progressively worse and worse over the years as well, they never fix the area!

this man ain't lying, when I took a road trip there last year I drove downtown onto old montreal area and got on this street that was all cobblestones. That was the worst 2 min drive of my LIFE. It felt so bumpy my friend was gonna hurl.

They had to pass a law here last year that you cant sue the city anymore for damages done by road conditions... Theres allot of wrecks here from potholes, its a mechanics dream to start a buisness here.

I always thought that we drove on the public roads at own risk. Meaning that city was never liable for damage cause by road conditions......true or false?

Just one thing to add. Steels is crap! Defenetly, but I'd have to add that it is the LONGEST & CRAPPIEST!!! AS far as I know Steels suck from Albion/HYW 50 all the way east as far as most of you guys mentioned....though is is nice and smooth in front of York U. Steels & Jane to Steels Keele.

MY $.02

Im sure every municipality is different... for the longest time you chould sue the city of montreal or any city of quebec depending where it happened) for full damages, later on the law was changed to damages in excess of 800$, as of a year ago no more payments. Pictures of the damage and the road hazard ensured a victory with the lawsuit.
