Winter gas????
I saw this tv ad on Winter Gas and I wanted to know whats in it..
sorry for the dum question. Its cold as hell here in buffalo and we dont have it here in the states just wanted to know if it is good and works |
gas line antifreeze as far as i know
|
It takes a hell of a lot for gas to freeze.
It's a marketing ploy. |
its more in the unlikely instance you have condensation in your lines.... if you keep your tank more then half all the time though you should be ok
sunoco puts it in there ultra gas year round though |
I have my car on fuel light.. started it up this morning..
It went... raaa raaa (really slow) ... then weweweweweweee VROOM and started up :) And the last fill up I did was at Esso bronze gas |
Petro Canada is the only station that has winter gas.
Just comes with gas line antifreeze, 49 cents for a bottle at auto zone. |

Originally posted by bbarbulo sounds like a battery on it's way out... my Prelude does the same **** wha, wha, wha...roooooommmmm real slow... it scares me every time. I think I'mma go get a battery for it this weekend. |
if my red top fits in there I'll use that one... cuz it's a waste having a battery just sitting around :(

Winter gas is what comes out of the pump during the winter. They have special stickers they put on the handles of the pumps and then that transforms the gas into winter gas :)
