Anybody ever go to Wilderness Tours rafting up in the Ottawa river?

Man i just got back last nite. It was super fun, because of the recent rain the water level rose like 12 feet this weekend !
Rapids were amazing, fierce !
The last rapid they call the colisium, we dropped into a 30 foot ripper of a rapid and then a 15-20 footer right behind it , then a couple of smaller ones, i'm stoked right now just talkin about it!
45 min after our group went thru the colisium they shut it down it was getting sooo big !

First day is guided , but the second was guide your own with a bunch of kayack guides rollin beside you. The only thing about the second day was the channel they have to take you down is not really that crazy but still alot of fun.

With all rain the guides were sayin it was like the spring run off ... all i know was it was an amazing experience !
FUN FUN , highly recommend!
every one was from all over the place and really nice i guess cuz we were all experiencing a killer fun time.
Awesome party scene too ... tonnes of stuff to do, volleyball, horseshoes,basketball, biking , bungee jumpin,

had tonnes of fun highly recommend
pretty cheap considering ... 239 + tax which covers your camp ground, 2 days of rafting
breakfast,lunch,dinner both days
shower facility etc

I would love to go to something like that but I dont want to take the risk of dieing so I'll stick with Wonderland...

my parents and sister went a few summers back... not sure if it was teh best vacation for them but it looked like lots of fun from my perspective....

i would love to go but lack of interest from the friends i'd imagine

went with my brother and dad, rapids were great, I lost a lens for my bolle sunglasses lol

I went last summer. Had tons of fun. Just out of curiousity, did ur raft ever do any "surfing the hole"?? I was sitting in the front where all the action is, and i swear that I almost died...lol.
Another buddy i went with was sitting with me in the front, and the Ottawa River ate his brand new prescription glasses. haha
Had an awesome time despite the near death experience.

I went the last week of August last year, and they said that the Coliseum was the biggest they'd seen all season. maybe theweather was all messd up last summer.

i didn't get the priveledge to get caught up in a hole but the raft 3 behind ours did ... looked like a isht load of fun ... they just about got tossed ....

yeah i guess august would still be good as long as there is like a bunch of rain and crap weather to get the rapids pumpin ...

i went like a couple years age and it was lots of fun. Had a blast but was tired as hell after the weekend
