Wheel Bushings?

Wheel Bushings?
When I was haiving my snow tires put on, the mechanic mentioned my right front wheel bushing should be replaced.

I'm not sure exactly what the bushing is. Is it the actual part with the 4 bolts for the wheels to bolt on to? Like the bearing assemsbly? Or what?

Anyone know the price for a bushing? Any info is appreciated.

NOTE: The statement reads "Bushing on right side of rack"

when i was having my shocks put in, we ripped one... had to buy them from honda
i think it was $30 to replace.
