What's the catch with this Chevy test drive thing?

What's the catch with this Chevy test drive thing?
I got paper mail today from the Chevy dealership in my area saying that if I test drive a Chevy I will get a card to save $0.20/L on gas for up to 500 L ($100).
Apparently all I have to do is call the number on the mailing, give them the number on the mailing that they sent, and set up a test drive. After the test drive I get the card.
But what's the catch? It seems too easy to just drive around the block in a Corvette and then save $100 on gas.

BTW, they probablly are trying to pull in customers but im sure if you do go for the test drive and get the gas card I wouldnt be surprised if you got a lot more junk mail and telemarketing calls...
