yea nada, don't let em win... i know the kinda feeling u're talking bout. cause i think i walked in when our house was being robbed... it's a freaky feeling, not knowing if there is someone still in your place, or who has your stuff...

Nada - don't stop playing with car just for one bad experience. It sucks but cars get stolen everyday... if it wasn't your SiR it would have been the car beside it or someone elses. Thieves are thieves - they steal stuff...it just happened to you.
What I am trying to say is you can never safeguard yourself from something like this - you can buy another car and get out of the import scene but that car can very easily be stolen too... the only thing you can do is get a car you like and have fun with it.
I have been the victim of break-ins and it sucks - but the way I figure it is that it probably only happens to one person once in their life... and the good news for you is that it just did!
Stay strong - I have a good feeling it will turn up (stripped mind you) but insurance can make all right... keep smiling.

My car was broken into yesterday but I guess the alarm scared em off because they didn't take much if anything. Getting **** stolen is the worst feeling and I know the feeling because when I saw my car I was all crazy and ****. I wanted to find the person who touched my **** and stomp on them.. This now reminds me that I need to get some security **** done to my car and I have to get together receipts (If I remembered to keep them) and take some pictures of my car.
Very sorry to hear that.. If I ever found ppl breaking into cars/stealing them I would have a massive fit and punch them till I couldn't lift my arm anymore.

Hey Nada.. Have you considered getting all your insurance money which should be quite a bit including mods etc.. Then picking up a stock ITR? Or RSX Type S? It'll cost a bit more, but it'll be nice stock..

Very sorry to hear that your car got stolen, Nada! Although I only met you a couple of times, I know that you loved your car just as much as any one else in the club and it really sucks to hear that your car got stolen.
Like others have already said, don't let this one experience make you think about leaving the import scene. If you enjoyed modding your car then don't let any bastard stop you from doing that.
Let's hope that the jerks who stole your car get their just deserts and die a violent, slow and torturous death.

Nada, Just read the post. Thats shitty. I'm honestly worried now about leaving my car anywhere. I think. My next mod is gonna be the GPS tracking service. The way I see if my car is gonna get stolen at least I can track and get it back, it might be stripped a bit but I should be able to get most of it back.

Ok, I took the liberty of notifying my friend on Street Crimes here in Halton and he's talkin to his brothers wife who is in Peel...
There is already an alert on your car and plates so if they have to drive it to move it it'll probably be picked up.
I wish I was out on the streets in the cruiser for you but alas I have that lil 3 month program to attend before that can happen
Aside from all that... I have booked an appointment to have Boomerang installed in my car.. Its the "GPS System" that Phat SIR was talking about and for those who are serious about their mods and their car, I would do likewise.
