They look like Volk CE28. At least $2000 for a set if so.

I like that front lip, too.

As for the wheel, yes it comes in 4 bolts.

also, the smaller sizes (if you were to get a 15" CE28N) have less spokes than the one you have pictured.

nice rims though.
