What oil to use 02/civic/lx/114K

What oil to use 02/civic/lx/114K
I live in GTA (weather factor)I have a 2002 Civic Lx with 114K, I've been using mobile synthetic 1 5W30 but I went on the website for mobile 1 and it recomends synthetic 5w-20 so which one is better, and when to change the oil at every what KM's, and what filter is good, Ive been using Fram but I heard it **** what do you think?

your manual should give you an idea what oil to use and the intervals for oil change

You should use a Honda filter, 5W20 oil, and change it every 8000kms

the reason they call for 5w20 is for emissions and fuel economy.......5w30 is fine but go with 5w20 if your picky

5w20 would be better for fuel economy so you might as well use it anyways.
