i have a BRIDE steering wheel w/ spraco hub, hence NO air bag. EVERYTHING else is fine. Will i pass safety ??? The horn works btw

also half of the jackasses that do safety dont even know how to do it properly or dont do it. so no you cannot use it as an excuse however you can use it if you bought the vehicle from a person or dealer to go back to them if any of the safety equipment that is stated on the paper goes wrong or doesnt work within 36 days from the day of inspection.

i heard there is a limit to the cost of repairs that can be done if your vehicle fails, can anyone explain this? and also i recently failed my safety test on my EG the mechanic quoted around $1000-1500 in repairs can someone recomend a reliable shop, preferably around oshawa (but i can go as far as toronto)that can retest my car?

there is no cost limit when it comes to safety certification. ONLY for etest and thats 400 dollars.

the limit for drive clean is 450. what happened to the eg???
