what head is this?

Mr.civic sold me this head saying it was a d16z6 head, when i was thinking of doing a mini me, i changend my mind and decided to just drop a big cam in. I then sold the head to Sharpie, 2 hours later he called me up saying it was a d15z1 head. so what head is it? also im not trying to start anything im just interested, and i feel like a idiot selling Sharpie a d15z1 head. thanks

let me just add that mr.civic if a very good friend of mine so there better not be any shyt talkin cuz hes no fake.
not lookin to start anything either just stating that chris is a very honest guy, maybe he wuz wrong on the head, or maybe sharpie is wrong?
