What do you do when ur depressed?
Im over worked underpaid and also stressed out way too much of the time. I m venting just to hear how most u crazee blokes cope with this common dillema.

enjoy the little things in life
for me its going for walks when its calm at night, nothing better for me than to go for a walk just after the suns gone down, breath in some fresh air and enjoy all the things you take for granit each day.
you could be in a way worse situation. enjoy what you have.

Try to keep busy with something you like to do...
Find a new hobby and spend sometime for yourself. Go to the gym, meet somepeople and believe me, you will feel better about yourself.
I have being kindda depressed and angry for no reason lately, and I try to do new stuff, and spend as much time with friends as possible.
Try to help people out if you can. Offer some help to people and you will be loved by many. We humans are social animals, and hence, we need each other... Now if you feel depressed and stressed-out, try to find the source and see what you can do about it...
Other than that, everytime you feel blue, you can have yourself a nice dose of beer and watch as many episodes of Smallville as you can (This show makes me so happy for some reason ).
Anyway, I hope you feel better.

But seriously, play some video games, listen to some good music, hang out with friends. Or my favourite, just go for a nice long drive with the windows open and your favourite tunes playing on the radio.

i used to be able to cruise around but when im depressed i tend to speed alot and hammer the gas leaving a big hole in my bank account from filling up on gas so much and i scrape my lip alot cause i dont stop for speed bumps and such

just so u ladies and gents can understand my routine wake up at 730 go to work for 9 and then work til 4am usually everyday minus some very limited weekend time... and i cant change a thing cause i have of an abundance of work to complete and is very overwhelming. money comes and goes just like water running through ur hands. all my personal outlets are now extinguished and have no time to literally to relax and when i do find the time to chill its just sleep catching up with me. I wish things would change alil but in order to succeed and get a ahead i have made alot of compromises. Im just well unhappy with how things are .. Im not a basket case im just lonely in a way i guess that cant be helped. It sux big fat donkey ballz. I guess hearing everyones suggestions will help me cope it through til i achieve my goals.

Sex would be a good idea especially for you since your a guy and you can go bang anyone with no aftermath.
Smoking weed always helps ease the stress but thats not for everyone, but its worth trying if nothing else works.
Be around people you love and that love you, get the word out that you arent so happy and if they are really your friends, they will try to keep you happy (not that it will work, but its nice to know somebody cares)
