Let me tell you we have not yet reaped any benefit from owning the club. We have not been paid back all the money we've put in it over the years, nor have any of us been paid for our hours upon hours of time we put in here doing maintainance and organization.

BTW, I could easily have incorporated this place not for profit, but it would have limited the way we could have spent funds on events and members. If you don't know about not-for-profit ventures, I suggest you reseach the topic a little better.

Anybody pay attention to local news? charity is big business, and some of the most famous have been listed as to where the money goes. 90% of funds have gone to salaries for the organizers and 10% to the actual cause. I find that dishonest, but the law protects them.

Anyway Markpa, you come talk to me when you get a clue.
