Lightbulb Just a suggestion...

Too far east, or too far west, and there will be complaining for those that want to attend weekly.
Perhaps...if the WEEKLY meet was some place central (maybe the Oakville/sauga area?), it would be easier access for all.

Then have an occasional meet (once a month or so, as we did last summer) in Burlington, and one that is further east to accommodate members from both areas. It seemed to work well, and once or twice some 'east' members even came west for our special weekend meet. We had some aWesome times last summer and that formula worked well for quite a few.

Coles notes (for Markus, haha ):
- Weekly meet in a mainly central location like Oakville.
- Occasional special weekend meets in East and West.

^ Vary nice ^

Im liking DumbasSI's idea for a rare (once or twice a year) daytime meet with bbq and games. I doubt we could get any sponsership to cover the costs though. A potluck might be do-able for such an event.
