Here is an idea, don't look at the number of people but instead, just show up if you want to see or talk to some people because chances are, the cars you see tonight will be the same as the Friday before, and the Friday before that and so on and so forth.

2 people can talk, 3 people can talk. When you have 10 people showing up, you are still talking to 1 or 2 people among the crowd, so what does the rest 8 mean to you? Nothing.

On a health note, I think P2/3 is a reall dusty place to be. It is worse than smoking. For your own well being and health issues, I suggest the meet takes in open space.
