Are these fees for membership? If so, you need to fill out a form first and then make payment. There is now a paypal button on the application page if you want to go that route.

Sorry i should have specified what those fees were, but im guessing i was pretty tired when i was making the post.

fees to become a paid member, i read on another post its 30 dollars for lifetime. or for now that is. and i would like to pay for it in person since i do not have or want to set up for a paypal.

so my rephrased question would be, For these more local area meets are there admins or someone in charge who i can pay for the membership fees.
