Probably because there where much fewer sold originally, so the used market is no where near as large as out here.

i dont think im gonna sell it to this guy anyways, he hasnt gotten back to me yet and i got a guy really interested now and willing to drop off a deposit tmrw

I've heard wierdier...a man came into the shop and purchased a set of $2100 mb quartz mids and tweets...for a stock tempo

aw well, yeah, its sold now so if u see a green hatch all riced out in burlington, its no tcc sighting

Congrats on selling your car!

And people inquiring from across Canada about a car isn't that strange, I guess that some people are just that determined to find the perfect car with all the options and stuff that they're looking for! When my mom's b/f was selling his Jaguar, he had a guy call from Vancouver inquiring about it!

Thanks guys, i ended up selling it to a younger kid for 3600, my parents were glad to see it go, i almost cried

that's not that unusual. I've seen a stock tempo with about $15,000 in audio and video eq't. it was then totalled and I think the same guy bought a 2000 ish grand am, put air ride on it, 20 inch Lexani wheels, and another $15K in audio and video, plus $5K in Kamelon paint. some ppl just don't have good taste in cars

oh... also, if he paid with a credit card, the card may have been stolen, I've seen that happen too. guy walked in, picked out about $5K in audio, when it was time to pay he couldn't produce ID to go with the credit card, so he left it all there. Some arab guy named "Mike Smith" LOL well not mike smith, but it was def a white name.

my buddy got a call from this guy too. wants to buy hes 91 integra,it's old it's rusty but yet wants to pay him 3500 for it and have him ship it to him, strange
