Weight loss help
I have been noticing I am packing on the beef, so I have decided I am going to starting running a couple mk each night. Only cardio, no weights.
Anyways does anyone know of a good nutritional supplement that will help me shed the pounds but not have crap loads of other stuff and the most important thing is to not be full of caffiene or ingrediants that make you anxious.

to see the best results do both cardio and WEIGHT because the more wieghts you do the more lean muscle mass you will put on and that will help with weight loss... also if you do get into weights yo less weights 12-15 times for 4-5 sets... some supplements i would recomend would be a nice protein shake just to help you build that lean muscle mass and also a fat burner i recomend lipocuts... i was great results....but also do a **** load of cardio both to get ur endurance up and to loose excess calories and also watch your calorie intake...
