What you could do is increase the rear ride height of your car that extra 1/2" as well as the increase the compression damping as you mentioned.
Increasing the rear ride height will increase the stroke length of the shock and combined with the increase in compression damping "should" better control the sag your experiencing in the rear end. Short of that a 4K spring rate is quite soft for your lude, is there any way of getting say 6-8K springs for the rear?

Course anything is possible if you have cubic $$$ such as the Tein N1 Dampers for my car @ 22K F/ 18K R rates.. for $2240 USD.
Tein does make replacement stiffer springs for the rear of your car @ 6K(330lb/in) so there is that option if all else fails.
Tein Prelude Suspension Specs
Anyhow I'll stop thread hijacking and get back on topic. I won't be at the meet this week as I'll probably still be at work. Hope you all have a good night as the weather is supposed to be nice.
Next week for sure..

BTW, I'll be at the meet tonight, getting the car raised slightly in the rear at 4:00 today too for the time being, and pricing out the 6k springs.

Ok, I went there at about 9:15pm... there were ZERO civics! Not even one! I went to KC to see if it was re-directed to there... it wasn't a good plan... I just saw neon canada, muscle cars, and a bunch of randomness. I couldn't recognize any TCC members there. Too bad I guess. I had the $30 for the membership ready too.
Next time fellas.... next time.
P.S. I noticed that there was a Tim's right on the corner of Vic Park and O'Conner... I didn't bother going in that one since it looked so tiny, and I didn't notice many cars.

Just got back.
kimchee, if you read the post, you wouldnt have run into any problems.
Its not the timmies right at the corner, its futher down the street, after the 2nd or 3rd traffic light I believe, past the peel pub.
We park to the left of the tims.
Hope this helps for next time.

Place: Tim Hortons at Victoria Park and O'Connor. (It's not the Timmies right at the corner, it is further down the street. We normally don’t park in front of Timmies, but in the lot to the left).

Yeah, the new location is kind of hidden. You have to drive all the way into the back and then to the left of the Timmies to find everyone. Yesterday, I thought everyone was gone when I pulled in since everyone parked straight down the middle. Hope you can find it next time.

Couldn't make it this time guys I ended up going to Kc.
"Kimchee" there were like 5+ of us at kc
I was leaving late already and got a ticket for improper muffler lol and a written warrning for speeding the guy held me back for like 20 + mins then there was sooo much traffic so just headed to kc at like 10 something lol next time
" Is that an aftermarket muffler you have on there sir ?"
No its oem officer
And just thought I'd have to add this in....last night at Kc 2 muscle cars got pulled over! WoW!!! It was like a KODAK moment
