hey i just wanted to let everyone know about this really bad company i bought my wheels from....www.hotcompactparts.com they have horrible service they told me i would get my wheels on the 19th and i got them on the 29th i emailed and called several times to try and get a tracking number or some sort of answer why i hadnt gotten my wheels yet and i got no response..........and i ordered lugs with them and they didnt charge me for them so i asked what happened and they said they would add it in.....i never got the lugs and when i emailed them they said sorry too bad and thats it.... i thought it was poor service they didtns eem like they wanted to keep me as a customer well i jus thought id let everyone know about this company

How do these shops stay in bunsinees with shity service. That's one of lifes biggest mystery's for me. I don't understand. I guess that's why they say all the ******** have money. :fustrated

Sometimes they are the only game in town....kinda like exotic many years back was the only place you could get HKS. I remember he was not so nice to everyone, but he didn't care because he was the exclusive distributor for it in Canada....so if you didn't buy directly through him, you would have to indirectly when you bought from another shop...cuz they would have to buy it from him.

In a competitive business like rims though...they'll be out of business in no time
