Recommend Honda Repair Garage

Guys,

Please tell me where you guys go to repair your civics? I am in the Markham area. My car needs to repair the transmission leaks and resurfacing the brake rotors.

The stealership wants $700 for the repairs.

Thanks.

well it depends how much material you have left on your rotors. if they're barely worn and you don't beat on it at all then it's ok the machine rotors. i don't like to machine any rotor that's 2mm or less away from the minimum spec.

Okay, no problem for me to get a pair of new rotors but where should I go and fix all the stuff that I need? I need a good and reliable garage, please tell me!

By the way, it is the dealership service advisor to tell me to resurface the rotors.

Which rotors & brake pads do you guys recommend? I need the car only for daily commute (therefore, no need for expensive peerformance brakes)

So how much would you charge for fixing the leaks under the transmission and resurfacing / replacing the rotors (front) and which brand would you recommend for rotors and brakes?

I am working in Scarborough as well.

Thanks.

Im not a mechanic so I cant tell you but for the leaks it depends if its coming from the gasket or not I believe. The brakes we use Wagner but there is two grades that are available, economy and premium levels. Bring it by and i'll give you an estimate, or call in Monday 4162858956

Okay, maybe I should better to bring in the car and let you guys check first!

All the problems that I mentioned are brought up by the service advisor from the stealership. Maybe something is minor and something is manditory.
