Urgent! Need opinions!
I am getting my car painted in a month from now, and I still haven't decided on a colour! I know that I want to paint it red, but I just need to find a nice shade maybe with a pearl too.
Anything other than STOCK or MILANO RED please
Wanting to be unique, and possibly stick to a darker shade.
Thanks!

Sleek EF: Yeah, that is a nice colour, I have considered it...but it is fairly common.
Scarlemthug: I will probably end up doing that...but I also wanted to add a pearl to the colour I choose. What colour pearl would look good with a dark red car?

Don't get pearl. Heaven help you and your bodyshop, if you get into an accident
Pearl is hard to match....this is due to the fact that they mix it in until they get the effect they want. It not like the colour ie...Milano Red (factory Honda colour), that has a specific code for the paint. Pearl is added until it looks good. That's why it's hard to match up.
The consistency of the pearl flake is a personal taste thing. Some people like alot of it, while others don't.
Pick a colour that is already on a factory car, that way it will be easier to match later if you do have an accident (knock on wood).
Red tends to fade over time if not taken care of. Black shows scartches too easily. White? Had white, and unles the paint is only a year old or less, it's hard to match up later. It also gets dirtyvery quickly.
Get silver. Dirt and dust is harder to see on it, so you can go longer between washes.
It also looks classy imo, with a light shade of tint on the windows.
