Whats up dudes..

Diamond Bebe - I don't have a TCC sticker, but maaad thanks for the compliment..

And yeah I agree the judging and classes were kinda tight, making it almost impossible to win. Ah well...

The downfall of the show was the parking charges...

That was a nightmare..

It's amazing how much more exposure you get without those little charges..

I'm just not too crazy about a bunch of cars lined up next to each other forming a rainbow or something that came out of a skittles package. Nor am I too crazy about 50 million different pieces from other cars slapped onto a Civic. I still like the subtle and clean look with a body kit/skirts, but not one that is all molded with fender flares, 18 inchers, light show under and in their cars with a million stickers all over and all that. You know what I mean. I'm sure you've seen all that. Don't get me wrong. I'm not hating on them, and no, I DON'T call them rice, simply because "rice" is such a gay term to use. I think people using that term should be called rice, but of course that's a whole different subject. But anyways, I do give showcars a lot of credit for their imagination and creativity, but I still liked the scene better 6-8 years ago, when it was still kinda underground. Nowadays, it's just blown out of proportion. Especially after Fast and Furious.
That's just my 2 cents.
I agree 150%. Well put.

The show was too much to get in ($18) + $9 for parking UGH!!!.....Didn't help that we were in the dark and we had tons of hoochies w/ no ***** or butts strutting around us...

Wait till DKN for a good show!

Did you guys see that Michael Jackson guy who was moonwalking around....LOL!!

I agree with some of the sayings regarding AutoTech. Some cars are nice, some are overdone. But over all, they are nice rides.

I was looking at the SGR's section and I thought... "boy, ain't that kinda weird... these cars are placed in a bad location... with such a bad lighting and all..."

I really like one of the EK Hatchback, with a Buddy Club bumper on it. Silver colour I believe.

Women with good sense of colour and fashion = cars with nice painted job.

I find it funny that a person will freak if someone parks too close to them in a parking lot, but if a half naked chick struts by they will let them scratch up their paint and dent their hoods. If i ever enter a show , their would eventually be a show Ho chucking contest ....

Just my 2 cents

I remember one time I saw like 6 S2K and a couple WRX gathering in the Shell gas staion near Commerces Gate on a Sat night. They were far away near the self wash location and I was like... Huh? am I seeing what I am seeing?

Ya, probably some customers from SpeedStar.

hahaha i totally agree w/ you Neil, i can't believe that these guys let those girls all over their cars like that
after this weekend, i'm going to have a sign on my car at DKN ensuring that none of the show hoes touch my car.
there were hand prints all over my hood yesterday after the show, and i somehow doubt those were just from spectators :fustrated

HAHAHA!! All SGR cars are no hoe zoned...Many show hoes have tried to pose with the cars but only get cussed out & booted right off...Why do they go through the embaressment?

It was kinda funny because Autotech had their HI-END show hoes (who actually spent money on their new body and faces)there for a show on the stage...They looked good - good hoes. They got **** sites to advertise they better look good.
The other misc. girls (no *****/***/**** site & ho'in' for free) around the show felt dry b/c all the guys were swarming the stage and not them...

Bond007: You are so right!
I didn't go to the show(with the prices of shows skyrocketing I don't think I'll be going to many in the future), I agree with the comment, you've seen one you've seen em all pretty much. Free shows are a different story though...
Anyways though, IF I ever put my car in a show, I would have it fenced off and would watch it like a hawk! Show-Ho or not, NOONE is touching my car unless I let them!

I'm probably gonna get flamed for saying this, but having the show-ho's is probably one of the worst things to happen to shows. If you wanna see naked bootie, check out a **** site or a strip club. Personally I would go to see the cars, not the show-ho's.
I went to a show 2 years ago (locally) and the main attraction was wet t-shirt contest. Was kinda cool for the 1st 5min but then it got boring...
It's probably a combination of my damn morals and short attention span...

Just my $0.02
