Where can i find those new transparent BRA's for 99 civic. I hear 3M makes them

Yes you can but, for 3M to honor the warantee, a trained technician must install it. I recommend Parkway Honda or Krown. Hope that helps.

IMO, it is good when you buy the car new or after a new paint job. Anything aside from that, I would just leave the car the way it is.
