ok it doesnt matter,,,,
just make sure if u have good HP/torque - that ur suspension bettere handle it b/c if u just lower it with just springs - dont expect to get much of that power to the ground.,.,.
so many considerations must be taken when dealing with this...
i think the formula is Hp x Torque is equivalent to E=mc2
where E is maximum rotation of 360 degrees of wheel spin!

hp and torque are just numbers and quite useless unless you are a bench racer. transient response is what matters. how long it takes the engine to accelerate from one rpm to another and how long it take the engine to recover from a drop in rpm.
