I'm looking for info on a D-series tranny swap on a 99 EK Sedan. I'm not a noob or anything, i just regularly post on US forums.

What I need to know is of any shops in GTA or surrounding areas that you guys have dealt with in regards to swaps. I need to get some quotes from reputable shops in regards to an Automatic to Stick Conversion on a 99 EK Sedan

Just for the tranny, not the motor.

John Lo on the forum has converted his auto to a manual, ask him who did it for him.

well in order to swap it from auto to 5spd you will need a 5spd flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, shifter linkages, shifter rod. And make sure to get a SI tranny it has the best gear ratios.

si tranny has better gear ratios, but the best is the jdm lsd tranny for d series. Think it's called an s20, from the vti
