Suggestions for Rebuild and How much it should cost?

Hi,
I just blew the 4th cylinder on my GSR motor. I'm looking to do a full rebuild and was wondering if anyone could suggest a place? Also, how much it should cost roughly? I'm not looking for anything special, just stock internals if anything. I just want it to run good with good reliability.

It will cost you a lil bet for a rebuild. I would say maybe around $1000 max for a full rebuild.
