wouldn't it be nice if police targeting rapists, robbers, theives, and corrupt pigs?

I'm guessing people who like cars pay them bigger fines which helps them justify their budget. "We handed out 200 tickets"

exactly its funny, a few people die each year from street racing but like 100 die from gangs in toronto alone...and you don't see a weapons/gang crackdown. use the ETF and arrest these ********.

isn't it common sense to put things in perspective. what kills the most people each year, hey, maybe we should target that....naw, lets just have some fun arresting and ticketing imports....hey good idea. it will look good plus we are not risking officer lives (again, just use ETF and they will get it done!) in the process

also TPS has the ability to use OPP and their Truteam, RCMP's swat and ETF. they join up with other forces all the time, so i see no reason why they can't start arresting thugs and gang member who commit murder, assault, sexual assault, attempted murder, you name it.

instead a mildly modified import will grab their attention. lazy cops.

Has anybody ever seen a Harley get pulled over for excessive noise? Just curious.

We'll see what happens this summer, though. If you have something illegal on your car and get a ticket for it, then don't complain, that's all I ask.

don't forget, gangs can afford bribing people.

civic drivers wouldn't be driving civics if they could.

All I know is if I have to drive into Toronto during the summer, I will drive my truck & leave the Civic at home. I just don't have time for the hassle.

I have seen Harleys drive past cops while they have had a civic pulled over.

They won't do anything to them for some reason.

Maybe whenever someone gets pulled over and a cop tries to tell them there exhuast is too loud.
Ask the cop why they don't pull over Harleys.

Harleys are street legal and come with that exhaust OEM.

people are likely to complain about the 16 year old kid revving his $10'000 transportation vehicle with a $200 muffler on it.

people are not likely to complain about the guys with the red and white supporter who likes to drink and fight.

every force hs different departments, i don't know why people are complaining, if you don't do bad acts you won't get in trouble, sure some of us get hassled more than others, but as long as you obide by the laws you will be fine...

saving 10 inocent people from street racing accidents versus 100 gang bangers, hmm i say let them kill each other, less 100 ganbangers no?

realy i find it retarded when peopel complain about cops, they do what tey do, why they target don up cars? maybe its not everyone, but it just take one bad apple to ruin it for everyone...

i just don't know why you complain...

oh hell ya, i'm not complaining about gangbangers rubbing each other out, thats all good in my books, let the dumb ****ers fight.

but when a mother of three gets paralyzed ordering a sandwich and people start shooting outside both the eatons centre and yorkdale when they are both busy, then i say we get police involved.

im glad i drive a mustang and not any import, nowdays it seems the cops mostly target them, iv been in a few buddies rides which are totally wacked out ready to run at any time (500hp cobra and 400hp 84 cutlass witrh a 250 shot) and not ocne have we ever been pulled over, even myself in my mustang with cage, and all thr toys, loud as **** i dont get hassled like i used to with my civics etc......i think its just cops got this mentality that its only kids driving the imports and not the domestic muscle cars b/c of costs to run them etc, either way its unfair to everybody in the scene and definatly ruining the fun of moddin any car.

bikes dont have the same laws as cars do!!!!

the noise level of their exhaust is inapplicable

look, most kids get pulled over cause they tend to race and drive faster and more aggressively than older guys..... ive seen it in 8 countries and im pretty sure it happens all over the world, and its just a phase, our kids will be going through it, and their kids will be going through it....... learn to deal with it cause its not gonna stop!!
