Stooooopid enging question

I'm new to civics so try not to laugh out loud.

How do you know what engine you have on board?

ahh, d16a6 = 88-91 civic/crx Si 108 hp
d15b1 = 88-91 civic STD (not available in canada) 70 something hp

d15b2 = 88-91 civic cx/dx/lx 92hp

you can tell the engine you have by the plate on the front of the engine, kind of under the front radiator hose....
