Stolen car locations

Hi

im doing a full restore on my civic this summer and im a bit worried mainly due to the fact that our cars are the easiest to steal

my main question is in what locations do car thefts occur mostly im downtown a lot but i live close to Pickering and my neighborhood seems pretty safe i have the best compustar alarm for it available but i know this wont dampen a thieves day

aesthetic wise im grabbing a CF hood, hid's, recaros, and new rims in your oppinion is my car going to be a moving "steal me" sign?

btw i drive a 99 civic si coupe

My brother in law had a 4 door Integra... everything JDM spec, seats, lip, center console the works... had a great alarm system on it. It's assumed that thieves jacked it up with those wheel dolley jacks and rolled it right out the front driveway.
